Day 8: 05/18/2017

Sarah and I worked on soldering today.


Day 7: 05/16/2017
We tried to connecting tethers to motors. Sarah and I started waterproofing the tether. Next class we will still working on those parts.

Day 6: Date: 05/12/2017
I started working on the motor/propulsion today. Sarah and I attached propellers to the motors, and created the tether management cross. Next class, we will connect the tether to the motors and start doing the waterproof thing.


Day 5 : 05/11/2017

We learned how to use automatic wire strippers and used it to make two wires together. I took the pictures of our teammates.

For next class, I plan to solder two wires together and build the motors.


Day 4: 05/09/2017

 I did interview with Ms.S today. Then we picked different parts for each group mate and I picked the motors. I watched three videos about what is my work.

Challenges/things learned: I learn what is ROV and AUV and each parts' usage.

For next class, I plan to try out build motors with Sarah.


Day 3: 05/05/2017 -- absent

Make up time: 05/11/2017

What did I do: I soldered two wires together and I watched Ms.S' blog to learn our motor.

I was absent and I already made up the time during tutorial. Sarah and I continued our soldering and finished it by the end of tutorial.
